Eagle Scout Service Projects
Project Patriot is honored to help Scouts find and complete meaningful Eagle Scout service projects that benefit veterans and our community. We are proud to introduce Eagle Scout Garvey Saei as our liaison between Project Patriot and the Baltimore Area Council, connecting Scouts with opportunities to lead, serve, and make a lasting impact.
Biography
Garvey Saei is a high school student from Bel Air, Maryland, and a member of the Class of 2028. After earning Eagle Scout, Scouting’s highest rank, in November 2025, Garvey became committed to helping fellow Scouts reach this milestone through meaningful service projects.
Garvey is active in his school’s Student Government and National Honor Society, runs track, and plays club soccer. He also authored a brief piece about the life of Matthew Garvey for the Museum of the Marine in Jacksonville, North Carolina. His goal is to attend the United States Naval Academy and serve as a Marine Corps officer.
Through his volunteer work with Project Patriot, Garvey combines his commitment to Scouting with his passion for supporting veterans. He helps connect Life Scouts with service opportunities that benefit the organization while advancing their journey toward Eagle Scout.
How Garvey Can Help
Garvey helps Life Scouts identify Eagle Scout service projects that support Project Patriot’s mission of serving veterans. These projects offer Scouts an opportunity to develop leadership skills, serve their community, and make a lasting difference.
Project Patriot can help cover most, if not all, project costs, easing the fundraising burden so Scouts can focus on planning, organizing, and leading their projects.
